Overview
Security engineers and managers were spending hours per week manually pulling data across multiple systems, running queries, and formatting reports for leadership. The data existed, the access and synthesis was broken. I designed an AI-powered chat interface that let users query security data in plain language and receive instant, structured responses.
The tool reduced average reporting time from 3–4 hours to under 30 minutes, a 50% productivity improvement across the team.
Problem
Users feel overwhelmed by the volume of data and want a faster, more efficient way to gain insights and generate reports.
I conducted 8 interviews across both roles and found a key split: analysts wanted fast responses and easy access, while engineers wanted fast access to raw data with deeper context. Overall, both groups are excited about AI's ability to simplify data access, but they're concerned about reliability and trust.

Solution
A natural language interface where security teams ask questions and get instant insights and reports.
Users can ask anything in plain English and get AI-generated insights with a confidence indicator. Reports are generated on demand in multiple formats — Google Slides, PDF, or inline chat summaries. An iterative feedback loop lets users rate insights to improve future output.
