Overview
Two years into content creation, my YouTube channel stalled. I tried everything: better content, stronger titles, polished thumbnails. Nothing worked because I had no personalized analysis. Every early-stage creator I know has faced the same: you work hard, but fly blind.

To address the problems and needs, I designed a few features for content creators who want to grow smarter. This AI-native tool will diagnose the channel health, analyze titles and thumbnails tailored to the user's channel performance data, generate scripts written in the user's personal style, and chat with users about their data.
Channel Health
Diagnoses how YouTube distributes the user's content and how well it performs based on click-through rate and retention.
CTR Predictor
Analyzes titles and thumbnails before publishing, scoring visual composition, emotional hook, and text clarity against the user's channel's historical performance data.
Script Writer
Learns from the user's existing scripts and generates new ones written in their personal style, analyzing hook strength, pacing, and retention patterns.
AI Jam
Lets users ask anything about their channel in plain English and get specific, actionable answers instantly.
A/B Variant Comparison
Tests up to 3 title and thumbnail combinations side by side. Get scored comparisons backed by the user's own channel data and stop guessing which hook will land.
📊Channel Health
A full diagnostic that determines whether the user's channel grows, from algorithm trust to content quality.
All insights and suggestions are generated by AI based on the user's performance data. The chart also updates dynamically based on the time period the user selects.
🎯CTR Predictor
AI-native title and thumbnail analysis tailored to the user's channel performance data.
Users can input and compare titles, thumbnails, or both, and AI will run an analysis based on their channel data. The formula card shows the analysis of user's previous title or thumbnail with CTR, and tells them what works and what doesn't. Users can add up to 3 titles and compare them side by side.
